Product Information

This website sells nicotine pouches (white snus) to customers in Sweden and select international markets. All customers must be 18 years or older to purchase. Age verification systems are in place in accordance with Swedish law.


Warning: Nicotine is a highly addictive and potentially harmful substance. It must be kept out of reach of children.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website, a binding purchase agreement is formed. An order confirmation will be sent via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of resale.


All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT. Delivery fees may apply and are shown at checkout. Payment methods include credit/debit card, Swish, and Klarna.

 

 

 

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from order confirmation, depending on your selected shipping method. Delivery options and associated costs are displayed at checkout.


Unclaimed packages are subject to a handling fee of SEK 99. Shipments are held by postal agents for 7–14 days before being returned to Nico Place. If you wish to cancel an order, you must first collect the package and then initiate a return.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Customers must notify customer service and are responsible for return shipping.

 

 

 

Returns and Complaints

You may file a complaint within 3 years for defective or incorrect products, in accordance with Swedish consumer law. If your complaint is approved, you will receive a replacement or a full refund.

Force Majeure

International Orders

We offer international shipping to select countries. By placing an order outside Sweden, you agree to the following:
