Shipping Policy
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, delivery of goods is made to the address you have provided. We typically deliver your package within 1–3 business days from the confirmed order, depending on the chosen shipping method. At checkout, different delivery options will be presented, and you can choose which shipping provider to use for your order.
If your order has not been delivered within five business days, you are welcome to contact our customer service at help@nicoplace.com.
The delivery cost depends on the shipping method you choose, and these options will be shown at checkout.
NICO PLACE reserves the right to charge for the costs incurred from unclaimed packages (return shipping, handling fees, etc.). Therefore, NICO PLACE charges a fee of SEK 99 for unclaimed packages. The package will remain at the pickup location for 7–14 days (depending on shipping method) before being returned to NICO PLACE.
If you regret a purchase and wish to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it according to the instructions below.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided that the product is in unopened packaging. Notification of withdrawal must be sent to customer service, and the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
