Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Europe
Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International (outside the EU)
Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs handling. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time.

Customs Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. NICO PLACE does not control these charges and cannot determine in advance whether they will apply or how much they will be.
Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery time.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, provided that the products are unopened and in their original packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at help@nicoplace.com before returning your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
