The website offers nicotine pouches (white snus) and is an e-commerce platform for Swedish consumers over the age of 18.

 

 

 

Account and Customer Information

To shop, you must create an account or provide your personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if misuse is suspected.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products. We use age verification systems following Swedish law. If there are any doubts, ID verification may be required.


Nicotine pouches contain nicotine and cannot be sold to persons under 18. Nicotine is highly addictive and potentially toxic. Nico Place does not in any way promote the use of nicotine pouches or other nicotine products. Nicotine pouches must always be stored out of reach of children.


We recommend that the following groups do not use products containing nicotine:

  • People with cardiovascular diseases

Ordering and Agreement

When you complete a purchase through the website, a binding agreement is formed. An order confirmation will be sent by email. We reserve the right to reject orders, for example, in cases of suspected resale.

 

 

 

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT. Shipping may be added and will be specified at checkout. Payment is made through the available payment methods, such as card, Swish, or Klarna.

 

 

 

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days. We are responsible for the product until it has been handed over to you. Any transport damage must be reported immediately.

 

 

 

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the product is in its unopened packaging. Notice of withdrawal must be given to customer service, and the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

 

 

 

Complaints and Defects

You have the right to file complaints for defects up to 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact customer service as soon as possible if a defect is suspected. If the complaint is approved, you will receive a replacement item or a refund.

Disputes will primarily be resolved through dialogue with the customer. If the dispute persists, it will be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies.

 

 

 

International Deliveries

We offer international delivery of our products to several countries outside of Sweden. When ordering to an address outside of Sweden, it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws and regulations in the destination country.


By placing an international order, you agree to the following:

 

  • You are at least 18 years old, or meet the legal age requirement to purchase nicotine products in the destination country.

  • You confirm that the product you are ordering is legal to import and possess at the delivery address according to local laws and regulations.

  • You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or restrictions that may apply in your country.

  • We take no responsibility for delays, seizures, customs stops, or legal consequences resulting from local restrictions.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of violating import laws in the destination country.
